The first offer is rarely the best one. Buyers value the same data very differently, and the terms matter as much as the price: exclusivity, revenue share, and whether you can license it again. We help you find the right buyers, spot the strongest offer, and negotiate better terms.

How much is our data worth?

Buyer programs publish ranges from about $100,000 to over $1 million for a mid-size company with several years of records. Price depends on how many years you have, how many people did the work, which tools you used, and how specialized your field is. These ranges are not offers. On a call, we'll tell you where your company is likely to land.

Our business is pretty ordinary. Would AI labs really want our data?

Often, yes. Labs are training AI to do everyday office work, and public data rarely shows how real companies run. Accounting firms, freight brokers, distributors, and builders are some of the companies buyers are looking for.

Our records are a mess. Do we need to clean them up first?

Usually not. Buyers want your records as they are: the emails, files, and tickets that show how work really got done. You don't need to sort or rewrite anything. If you're not sure what you still have, list the tools you've used over the years and we'll work it out together on the call.

How much of my time will this take?

Very little. You join a few calls and approve the decisions that matter, such as which records to include and which offer to accept. The buyer handles the export and data preparation, usually with your IT person or software provider.

Why not go to a buyer directly?

You can, but each buyer shows you only its own price and terms, and those terms vary a lot. Some pay once, some pay every time your data is licensed again. Some want exclusive rights, some don't. We put several offers side by side so you can compare them, and we push for the terms that matter.

What does it cost?

Selling your data costs you nothing. You never pay us for the call, the review, or the negotiation. We're paid a fee by the buyer, and only when a deal closes. If no deal happens, you owe nothing.

Do we keep control of our data?

Yes. Most deals are licenses: the buyer uses a copy for agreed purposes, and your originals stay with you. You choose what's included, see a sample before you sign, and can block competitors or any other company. We also check early for customer contracts or privacy policies that could limit a deal.

Why now?

AI labs are spending heavily on this kind of data today, and more companies start selling every month. Records also disappear quietly when old subscriptions end, and records that are gone can't be sold.

We're closing the company. Is it too late?

Not if the records still exist. Companies that are winding down are welcome in many buyer programs, and a deal can add real money to the wind-down. Talk to us before you cancel your email, Slack, or other software.

How quickly could we get paid?

It depends on the buyer and on how fast contracts are reviewed. Some programs report paying within a few weeks of signing. On the call, we'll tell you which buyers move fastest for data like yours.

What if our data isn't ready to sell?

Then we'll tell you what's missing, and we can help you fix it. We help companies organize their records, move their work off paper and spreadsheets into proper software, and win more customers with a CRM that tracks every deal. Your business runs better right away, and your data is ready when more buyers come looking.

What happens on the first call?

You tell us about your company and the tools your team has used. No files or prep needed. By the end, you'll know whether buyers are likely to be interested, which types of buyers fit, and what could raise or lower the price. If it's not a fit, we'll tell you plainly.
